Pumpkin Bread
Adapted From: Grandma B


Ingredients

3 cup Sugar

4 Egg

1 cup Salad Oil

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Nutmeg

1 tsp Cinnamon

2/3 cup Water

1 can Pumpkin (2 cups)

3 1/2 cup Flour

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 can Pecans (chopped)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 2, 9 x 5î loaf pans or 4 mini loaf pans.
Mix ingredients in order given.
Divide into prepared pans.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Yield: 2 large loaves or 3-4 mini loaves
