Snickerdoodles
Adapted From: Grandma K
Ingredients
1 cup Margarine
1 1/2 cup Sugar
2 Egg
2 3/4 cup Flour
2 tsp Cream of Tarter
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbs Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and eggs thoroughly.
Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine 2 Tbs sugar and cinnamon.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
Roll balls in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
Note: These cookies puff up at first and then flatten out.

Good, standard issue, snickerdoodle recipe. Can't say anything bad, but I rarely crave them.
