Spinach Dip
Adapted From: Aunt Carrie
Ingredients
16 ounce Sour Cream
8 ounce Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dill Weed
1 Tbs Salad Seasoning
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
1 package Frozen Spinach (thawed)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except spinach in a bowl.
Squeeze out all liquid from thawed spinach. (Be sure to do this or dip will be runny and icky.)
Add spinach to mixture in bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Dip and enjoy with wheat thins, cubed rye bread, or whatever sounds good to you.
