Taco Soup (WW)
Adapted From: Weight Watchers
Ingredients
3 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1 can Corn
2 can Water
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
1 pound Ground Beef (or 2 cans Pinto/Red Beans)
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain all liquid.
Add all other ingredients.
Simmer 20-30 minutes

I really like this soup and it is SO easy to make. Just open a bunch of cans and throw it together. And it is actually really good for you too!
A few other suggestions/alterations to consider:
I often make these this with shredded chicken instead of beef. Not that beef is bad, but that makes it even healthier.
I usually add about half an onion and one or 2 cloves of minced garlic, just because they are my two favorite ingerients in everything.
I have also been known to add whatever random veggies I have leftover in the fridge or freezer (green beans, carrots, etc.)
