Strawberry Onion Salad

Ingredients
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1-2 pint Strawberries
1/2 Red Onion
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbs Vinegar
1/8 cup Milk
2 Tbs Poppy Seeds
Directions
Place dressing ingredients (Mayo, sugar, vinegar, milk, and poppy seeds) in a blender and blend until mixed.
Rinse lettuce and drain thoroughly.
Tear lettuce into bite-size peices.
Rinse strawberries and drain thoroughly.
Hull and chop strawberries into halves or slices.
Peal and slice onion into thin rings.
Place lettuce, strawberries, and onions in a large salad bowl.
Add dressing.
Toss.
Serve immediately.

I do really enjoy this salad. I love anything with strawberries to be honest. And the dressing is quite different and delicious.
I tend to like a little crunch in my salads, and that is the only thing that is missing. No croutons, or nuts. So I do modify it slightly: I add the sugared almonds from my Manadarin Orange Salad recipe. After that, it is simply perfection!
