Chipped Beef Dip

Ingredients
2 package Chipped Beef (Hormel)
1 bunch Green Onions (diced)
16 ounce Cream Cheese (2 - 8 oz packages)
Crackers (Club brand preferred)
Directions
Let the cream soften in a bowl for a few hours.
Soak chipped beef in warm water for 5 minutes.
Drain and pat dry with paper toweling. (Chipped beef is very salty ñ this removes some of the salt.)
Chop the chipped beef (or cut with kitchen shears) into little pieces.
Add to the cream cheese.
Add the chopped scallions.
Mix thoroughly.
Line a small bowl or mold with plastic wrap.
Spoon the mixture in the bowl; pack tightly.
Refrigerate over night or at least 6 hours.
When ready to serve remove the plastic wrap and invert on a decorative plate.
Serve with club crackers.

Honestly, I couldn't stop eating this when a co-worker brought it to a pot luck. So simple, but so good! Of course, I am from Wisconsin, so anything with cheese is good in my book :)
