Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
24 Mushrooms (large enough to stuff)
8 ounce White Crab Meat
1/4 cup Olives (black, finely chopped)
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs Parsley (chopped)
1 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (or Jack Cheese, shredded)
Butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°
Wash mushrooms and pat dry.
Remove stems.
In a mixing bowl, flake crab meat.
Add mayonnaise, black olives, parsley, garlic, onion powder.
Mix together completely.
Butter a shallow baking dish.
Stuff mushroom caps with crab meat mixture and place in baking dish.
Bake at 400° degrees for 12 -15 minutes.
Top mushrooms with Cheddar or Jack cheese.
Place under the broiler for 2 - 3 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned.
Serve immediately.

I wasn't really of fan of these. The mayo was a weird flavor to me. I was expecting something creamier, or cheesier. And there wasn't enough seasoning to overcome that.
They weren't horrible, but I would search for another recipe online before trying these again.
