Chicken Pot Pie (WW)
Adapted From: Weight Watchers


Ingredients

9 ounce Chicken (cooked and cubed)

1 pound Mixed Vegetables (frozen)

10 3/4 ounce Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can; 98% fat free)

1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix (reduced fat)

1/2 cup Milk (skim)

3 Egg Whites


Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix chicken, veggies, and soup in 9" pie pan
Mix bisquick with milk and egg whites.
Pour oven chicken mixture.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

I was not impressed with this. The bisquick topping was too sweet for the chicken. And the sauce lacked a memorable flavor. I have found so many better recipes for easy chicken pot pies. I wouldn't recommend this one.
