Lemon Halibut (WW)
Adapted From: Weight Watchers
Ingredients
1 pound Halibut Fillets (1" thick)
1 Lemon
1 Tbs White Wine (optional)
1 Shallot (minced)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Parsley
Directions
Preheat broiler.
Grate the lemon zest, set aside.
Place fish in small, shallow baking dish.
Over halibut, squeeze juice from half the lemon and pour wine.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest, shallot, salt, and pepper.
Broil until just cooked through, about 7 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley
