Ranch Chicken (WW)

Ingredients

Ranch Chicken (WW)

3 breast Chicken (boneless, skinless)

1 package Ranch Dressing Mix

3 Tbs Parmesan Cheese (grated)

1/2 cup Corn Flakes (crushed)

1 cup Plain Yogurt (fat free)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°
In one bowl, combine crushed corn flakes, ranch dressing packet, and parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken in fat free yogurt, then coat in corn flake mixture.
Arrange on a greased baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes, or until juice runs clear.

Honestly, the flavors in this are so bold and delicious, it is hard to believe it isn't bad for you too. The ranch dressing is such a perfect flavor mixed with the parmesan cheese.

So simple, but so good. Definitely try this one!
