Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients
4 ounce German Sweet Chocolate (1 package)
5 Tbs Butter (separated)
3 Egg (separated)
1 cup Sugar (separated)
1/2 cup Flour (+ 1 Tbs)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla (separated)
1/4 tsp Almonds (chopped, slivered, or sliced)
1/2 cup Nuts (chopped)
3 ounce Cream Cheese (softened)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a sauce pan, melt chocolate and 3 Tbs butter over low heat; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat 2 of the eggs.
Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar, beating until thick.
Combine 1/2 cup flour, baking powder and salt in a separte bowl.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture.
Stir in melted chocolate, 1 tsp vanilla, almond and nuts.
Pour half the batter into a greased 8 inch baking pan; set aside.
Beat remaining 2 Tbs butter and cream cheese until light.
Gradually add remaining 1/4 cup sugar, beating until fluffy.
Blend in remaining 1 egg, 1 Tbs flour and 1/2 tsp vanilla; mix well.
Spread over batter in pan.
Dollop remaining batter over filling.
With a knife, cut through batter to create a marbled effect.
Bake at 350° for 35 - 40 minutes.
Cool.
Store in refrigerator.
