Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Margarine
2 cup Sugar
2 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
2 cup Flour
3/4 cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cup Chocolate Chips (mint chocolate, or semi-sweet)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream margarine and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Gradually blend this into creamed mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 8 - 9 minutes.
DO NOT over bake ñ cookies should be soft!
Cool on baking sheets until set (about 1 minute).
Remove to wire racks.
Cooled cookies can be frosted and decorated with jimmies or non-pariels.

I have gotten many rave reviews on these. These are like the perfect little brownie bites! They turn out so soft and moist.
Excellent with the hint of mint if you can find mint chocolate chips. Also good with chocolate, white chocolate, and peanut butter chips.
