White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Butter (unsalted; softened)
1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
2 cup White Chocolate Chips
1-2 cup Macadamia Nuts (coarsely chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Set aside.
Creams together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Gently stir in flour mixture until just combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Drop cookies by rounded tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet (1 inch apart).
Bake for 9 - 12 minutes or until lightly golden, turning cookie sheet around after 5 minutes to ensure even browning

These definitely fulfilled my craving for white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, but they still don't compare to the store bought/bakery variety. They are good a chewy, but end up a little thin.
