Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 Beef Tenderloin (approximately 3 pounds)
1/2 cup Butter (1 stick; melted)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1-2 tsp Italian Seasonings
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350°
Mix butter and garlic in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over tenderloin.
Wash hands.
Knead butter/garlic mixture into tenderloin.
Place in roasting pan with a rack.
Sprinkle the top of the roast with Italian seasonings.
Bake at 350° for 30 - 45 minutes for medium rare.
Add additional time for doneness desired.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

In any case the recipe turns out the most delicious tenderloin you could ever want. And it is another reason to drink red wine.
