Western BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
1 cup Ketchup
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Vinegar
3 Tbs Worcestershire
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Celery Seed
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbs Sugar
1 dash Tabasco
3-4 pound Ribs (Pork or Beef)
Directions
Place all ingredients, except the ribs in a medium sauce pan.
Heat to boiling.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Pour sauce over meat.
Marinate meat in sauce in refrigerator up to 2 days.
Cook on the grill or in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
