Adapted From: Web

3 pound Chicken Wings (tips removed if desired)
6 Serrano Chili Peppers
10 Jalapenos
1 Red Pepper
1 bottle Tabasco (small size)
1/2 bottle Worcestershire
4 Tbs Cayenne Pepper
1 cup Sriracha Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Pepper
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar

Directions
In a blender, puree all ingredients (except the chicken wings), being very careful of the hot peppers.
Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour mixture on top.
Marinate wings overnight.
Heat dutch oven with fry oil at 350°.
Remove wings from bowl, and gently place them in the hot oil.
Fry wings until golden brown and crisp; about 8-10 minutes.
While frying, take the leftover marinade and place in a small saucepan on stove and bring to a hard boil.
After the sauce is heated throughout, put sauce in a large bowl.
Add wings to sauce and toss until coated.
Katie Dishes - One Thumb Up
For the record, I didn't even try these, so I'm not sure I should be judging the quality of the recipe. But alas, that is what this website is about, so I'll try.
The sauce was so hot, my eyes watered just by smelling it. In the end, my husband loved the heat of the sauce, but felt it lacked flavor. He tends to lean towards sauces with heat and flavor; more like hot BBQ sauce rather than hot buffalo sauce. For the second batch, I added some ketchup and some BBQ sauce to the original sauce to try to add some of that flavor for him. Inevitably, that lessened the heat a bit, but not completely.
Definitely a good recipe; it just depends upon what you are looking for in your sauce I guess. Hopefully I can play around with this a bit more in the future. I'll keep you posted on my experiments!
