Acapulco Chicken

Ingredients
2 breast Chicken (cut into bite-size pieces)
1 Tbs Chili Powder (divided)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
2 Jalapenos (seeded and minced)
1 Tomatoes (chunked)
10 dash Tabasco (or other hot sauce)
Directions
- Season chicken with 1/2 Tbs of chili powder, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Saute seasoned chicken for 3 to 4 minutes, or until no longer pink.
- Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon, and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, stir fry bell pepper and onion until soft.
- Add jalapenos, tomatoes, remaining 1/2 Tbs chili powder, and tobasco.
- Cook, stirring, for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add chicken back in and stir fry for 2 minute more.
- Serve in tortillas

I was expecting this to pack a much bigger punch than it actually did. I was thinking with the jalapenos and hot sauce, it would be almost too spicey for me, but instead I found it a bit bland. It was good for a simple chicken taco, but nothing more special than that.
