Texas Baked Chicken (WW)

Ingredients
6 ounce Chicken (shredded)
2 Potatoes (peeled and thinly sliced)
2 Carrots (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Cream of Chicken Soup (low fat)
1/2 cup Water
Garlic Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray 9x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer 1/2 potatoes, half the carrot, and half the onion.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, carrots, and onions.
Add more garlic salt and pepper if you like.
Heat cooked chicken, soup, and water in pan until warm.
Pour over potato/carrot/onion mixture in pan.
Cover and bake at 350 for about 50 minutes (or until potately are fork tender)

This was different for a healthy recipe. Good enough to bother uploading it, but not so great I'm looking forward to making it again. It is good, but I'll probably only make it again for variety in a diet...
