Potato and Candian Bacon Slow Cooker Chowder (WW)

Ingredients
2 cup Potatoes (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1 Carrots (diced)
1 cup Leeks (chopped; white part only)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
4 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Barley
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Pepper
4 ounce Canadian Bacon (cut into 1/4 inch pieces)
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk (fat free)
2 ounce Half and Half (fat free)
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except evaporated milk and half and half.
Cove and cook on low for 6 hours.
Sir in evaporated milk and half and half.
Heat through; about 10 minutes.
Yields about 1 2/3 cups per serving
