Spiced Pork Chop with Pineapple Salsa (WW)

Ingredients

1 cup Pineapple Chunks

8 Apricots (dried halves; chopped)

2 Tbs Onion (finely chopped)

1 tsp Jalapenos (seeded and finely chopped)

1/4 tsp Lime Zest

2 ounce Lime Juice

2 Tbs Cilantro (chopped)

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/4 tsp Allspice

1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

4 Pork Chops

Cooking Spray


Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
While salsa chills, combine salt and next 3 ingredients.
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt mixture.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Spray grill rack with cooking spray.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Place pork on grill; cook covered 6-7 minutes on each side or until pork is no longer pink.
Serve with salsa.
