Gooey Rocky Road Bars (WW)

Ingredients
Cooking Spray
4 ounce Chocolate Wafers
3 Tbs Butter (melted)
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (mini)
1/4 cup Walnuts (coarsely chopped)
1/2 cup Condensed Milk (sweetened; fat free)
1/2 cup Marshmallows (mini; coarsely chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper (or coat with cooking spray).
Using a food processor, process wafers into fine crumbs (or place into ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin).
Add melted butter and salt to crumbs and pour into prepared pan.
Press down and form an even layer of crust.
In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and walnutes.
Spinkle evenly over crust.
Drizzle milk over top.
Sprinkle marshmallow pieces over top.
Bake until chocolate melts and marshmallows being to brown, about 15 minutes.
Cool completely in refridgerator before slicing into 16 pieces.
NOTE: spray your knife with cooking spray before chopping your marshmallows to help keep them from sticking to the blade.
