Creamy Caramelized Onion Dip (WW)

Ingredients

1 Tbs Butter

1 Onion (chopped)

3/4 tsp Salt

1 Tbs Milk (low fat)

1 tsp Rosemary (fresh; minced --- optional)

18 Tbs Plain Yogurt (1 cup + 2 Tbs)

1/4 tsp Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Worcestershire


Directions

In a large non-stick skillet, heat butter over medium-low heat.
Reduce heat to low and add onion and salt.
Cook, stirring frequently, until extremely soft and light golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Stir in milk and rosemary.
Stir in yogurt, onion powder, and worcestershire.
Spoon dip into a serving bowl and chill for an hour or two for flavors to blend
