2 Minute Chocolate Cake
Adapted From: Grandma & Hatis R


Ingredients

1 cup Flour

1 cup Sugar

1 cup Buttermilk

1 tsp Baking Soda

3 Tbs Margarine

2 ounce Unsweetened Baking Chocolate


Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Melt margarine and baking chocolate.
  • Cool. (If it isn't cooled the cake will be lumpy.)
  • Mix flour, sugar, egg, milk and baking soda with chocolate for 1-2 minutes with an electric mixer.
  • Pour into a greased 8" square pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center.
  • Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
  • Frost with chocolate frosting when cool or dust with powdered sugar.
