2 Minute Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 Tbs Margarine
2 ounce Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Melt margarine and baking chocolate.
- Cool. (If it isn't cooled the cake will be lumpy.)
- Mix flour, sugar, egg, milk and baking soda with chocolate for 1-2 minutes with an electric mixer.
- Pour into a greased 8" square pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center.
- Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
- Frost with chocolate frosting when cool or dust with powdered sugar.
