Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

Artichoke Dip

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

1 can Artichoke Hearts (Drained and Chopped)

1 tsp Garlic Powder

4 ounce Green Chilies (Chopped)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with Paprika.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
Serve with crackers or bagel chips.

Do not make this expecting a restaurant type spinach and artichoke dip. It is very different than that (even without the spinach). But it is a great substitution!

I think this is the perfect hot appetizer to make for company. It is slightly more sophisticated than crackers & cheese, but not much more difficult. And the flavors are just right.
