Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1/2 head Broccoli
1 Tbs Onion (Chopped)
2 cup Water
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
5-10 slice Processed Cheese (American preferred)
Directions
Cut up broccoli into bit-size pieces.
Boil broccoli and onion in the 2 cups of water.
DonĂt Drain!!
Add soup and as much cheese as you want
Stir well.
Bring to boil.
Let cool and serve.

Don't be fooled, this is not as thick and creamy as a good restaurant. But it definitely fulfills my cravings at home! It is a very simple soup, but quite good.
I always add salt/pepper to taste at the end of cooking. And don't be afraid to spice it up with whatever else is around the house either. I almost always add sliced carrots and garlic, and have also tried it with celery, celery salt, chives, dill, parsley, garlic salt, etc. Just taste it at the end, and add a little at a time until the flavors match your expectations.
