Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

Pumpkin Bars

4 Egg

2 cup Sugar

2 cup Pumpkin

1 cup Vegetable Oil

2 cup Flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 cup Butter

1/2 cup Shortening

3 cup Powdered Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

1-2 Tbs Milk


Directions

Pumpkin Bars:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and vegetable oil.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
Pour into a greased and floured 15x10x1 inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool Completely.

Frosting:
Cream together butter and shortening.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Add milk as needed to thin.

Frost bars.

Yield: 24 - 35 depending on how you cut them
