Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 cup Sugar

8 Tbs Butter

2 Egg

3 Banana (ripe)

1 Tbs Milk

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 cup Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Salt


Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Butter a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  • Cream the sugar and butter together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • In a separate, small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork; then add in the milk and cinnamon
  • Add the banana mixture into the creamed butter and stir until combined
  • Add in flour, baking power, baking soda, and salt and stir until just combined
  • Add chocolate chips (if that is your preference)
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 60-70 minute, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  • Set aside to cool on a rack for 15 minutes
  • Remove break from pan by inverting onto a rack; cool completely before slicing
