Air-Fried Potato-Crusted Fish Fillets (WW)

Ingredients
.25 cup Mayonnaise (light)
1 Tbs Parsley (fresh; chopped)
1 Tbs Dill Weed
.5 tsp Garlic Powder (or garlic salt)
.25 tsp Salt
.25 tsp Pepper
1.5 pound Tilapia Fillet (4-6oz fillets)
Cooking Spray
Lemon
Directions
- Preheat air fryer or convection oven to 400 F. Prepare air fryer with cooking spray or prepare a cooking sheet with cooking spray. (I like to cover with foil and then spray to make clean up a breeze).
- Combine mayo, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour potato flakes into a pie pan or rimmed plate
- Pat Tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- Dip Tilapia fillets in mayo mixture, and then potato flakes, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place into air fryer or oven; cook until breading is crisp and fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with lemons
